List of documents


In accordance with the Regulation on admission to the magistracy at the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, candidates submit the following documents to the selection committee:

1. Extract from the decision of the Administrative Committee.

2. Application in the form established by the Academy, with specialization

In Uzbek (completed form). Electronic application form

in Russian (completed form). Electronic application form

3. the original diploma of higher education (or a copy of the diploma - for those which the state educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan have graduated from with a state grant) and the original application;

4. job description of the candidate;

6. 6 color photographs measuring 3.5 x 4.5;

6. Personnel records;

7. Medical certificate form 086-U;

8. A copy of the work book;

Copies of passport and military service documents are handed over to the selection committee after the submission of their originals.
