In the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the 2019-2020 academic year, more than 400 students of 1 and 2 courses study in the master's program. Professors and teachers of the department conduct practical classes in subjects for students based on modern technologies that meet international standards.
Students are admitted to the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 599 dated July 30, 2018.
The Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan prepares managerial staff and specialists in the banking, financial and tax systems, the real sector of the economy, in accordance with state educational standards of higher education on the basis of two-year curricula, as well as, the undergraduates are awarded with diplomas and master's degrees.
Admission to the master course is carried out on the basis of the principle of equality, as well as single rules for admission and selection.
For graduate students studying with off-site training during the whole training period, their main place of work and the average monthly salary are maintained. In this case, within the framework of the approved payroll fund, the employer may recruit other employees to the appropriate place of work on the basis of an agreement by the end of the term of a student studying in a master course.
In modern conditions, taking into account the requirements for the professional competencies of managerial personnel in the banking, financial and tax sectors, the Academy organized on-site training and practical seminars with the participation of professors and teachers for the local staff of the relevant industries to improve their skills, develop deep and practical knowledge in the field of local governance and regional development, as well as skills in strategic planning, effective implementation of state and regional development programs, horizontal and vertical relationships, high-quality execution of legal documents.
In the framework of on-site training workshops, students will obtain skills to plan activities and perform workplans (“road maps”), as well as interactive classes and “round tables” will be held regularly.
